FASTest Lectures
FAST, Forum for Analytical Science and Technology, is the premier annual forum for the exchange of the latest achievements in analytical science and technology. In 2017, 2018 and 2019 three very successful two-day FAST meetings were held in Veldhoven, organized by COAST in collaboration with NWO. During the corona-pandemic we organized e-lectures as an alternative to the physical meetings. We intend to continue organizing e-lectures (FASTest) as an addition to (or warming-up for) the physical FAST meetings.
The organization of FAST and FASTest is supported by a scientific committee formed by the NeTTwork of Tenure-Track assistant/associate professors in the broad field of Analytical Chemistry in The Netherlands.
COAST is proud to announce the FASTest e-lectures on Wednesday 6 October, between 16:00-18:00.
This FAStest meeting will present three e-lectures:
- Manon Beuque (Maastricht University), Machine learning for grading and prognosis of esophageal dysplasia using mass spectrometry and histological imaging
- Alejandro Sanchez Brotons (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen), Pipelines And Systems for Threshold Avoiding Quantification of LC-MS/MS data (PASTAQ)
- Simone Ruggeri (Wageningen University), Single-Molecule Infrared Absorption Nanospectroscopy in Bio- and Materials Science
