Amélie Willemse

My name is Amélie Willemse. I was born and raised on the Caribbean island Curaçao, after which I moved to the Netherlands to start my education in chemistry at Hogeschool Leiden. I am passionate about evidence-based research, which is why I specialized in Analytical Chemistry. I am fascinated by the different techniques used to accurately measure chemicals and process all the data to make impactful statements. Eventually, I ambitiously want to contribute to our society by further specializing in clinical chemistry.
